We supply hemlock, red cedar and pine materials for options. Different timbers have different prices. Custom material selection is supported.
2. What heating methods can I choose?
Multiple heating types are optional: electric heater, infrared heater and steam generator for dry sauna & wet sauna. We support customized heating configuration according to your demands.
3. What voltage standards do you support?
Our sauna rooms adapt to 110V, 220-240V, 380V and other customized voltages to meet different countries’ electricity standards.
4. What size options do you have? Can I customize dimensions?
Standard size: 2m2m2m. We accept custom size, layout and appearance design. Suitable for home backyard, villa, hotel, commercial spa projects.
5. What accessories are included?
Equipped with 8mm tempered glass door, lighting system, wooden bucket, wooden spoon, thermometer and hourglass. Sauna heater power optional:6kw/9kw/10.5kw/12kw/15kw.
6. How about packaging and delivery lead time?
Standard production lead time is about 15 days. We adopt safe export wooden case packaging to avoid damage during long-distance transportation. We can arrange earlier delivery for urgent orders.
7. What’s your warranty policy?
We provide 1-year warranty service and online technical support after sale.
8. Can I order samples first?
MOQ is 1 set, you can place one set as trial order to check quality before bulk purchase.
9. How to get the exact quotation and shipping cost?
The price varies based on wood material, heater type and size. Freight depends on your destination port. Kindly inform us your preferred material, heating type, size and destination port, we will calculate full cost for you.
