The client operates a landscape design firm focusing on luxury villa and holiday homestay outdoor renovation projects. They planned to install leisure wellness facilities for multiple high-end residential courtyards and required stylish outdoor saunas that can withstand all-year outdoor climate conditions.
Ordinary standard-sized saunas failed to match the modern courtyard aesthetic layout and lacked reliable outdoor weather resistance. After repeated design communication and sample evaluation, our custom cube-shaped outdoor wooden sauna was selected for private backyard installation. We adjusted exterior appearance, interior layout and heating configuration according to the landscape design scheme, completed pre-assembly inspection in the workshop before shipment, and provided FOB delivery arrangements alongside detailed installation guidance.

Custom Cube Outdoor Wooden SaunaConstructed with thermally modified solid wood, equipped with internal wood-burning stove, layered wooden benches and ambient lighting. The cabin features waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment, maintaining stable performance under outdoor wind, rain and temperature changes.
Project challenges & solutions
The client had two core requirements. Firstly, the sauna unit must endure long-term outdoor exposure without wood cracking, dampness or deformation. Professionally treated solid timber and sealed cabin structure effectively resist weather erosion and satisfy outdoor usage demands. Secondly, the project needed unified appearance styling and modular prefabrication to simplify on-site construction. We completed integrated assembly and quality testing inside the factory, supporting batch orders to guarantee on-time delivery consistent with the client’s landscape construction schedule.
