Commercial Office SPC Flooring Renovation Project
Project Overview
The client operates a professional commercial interior contracting firm, specialising in full-fit-out services for modern office buildings. They were tasked with a large-scale renovation project for multiple multi-storey office premises and needed reliable flooring material that could stand up to heavy daily foot traffic.
After evaluating several alternatives including traditional timber flooring and vinyl tiles, the client eliminated wood options due to concerns about moisture deformation and ongoing maintenance expenses. Conventional thin LVT flooring was also ruled out for insufficient surface wear resistance. Following sample evaluation, factory visits and technical discussion, our click-lock SPC flooring was selected for open work zones, meeting rooms and public circulation areas within the office complex.
Our team worked closely with the client’s design department to finalise suitable wood grain shades matching the overall minimalist office design scheme. We arranged planned mass production, carried out layer-by-layer quality inspection for all finished boards before shipment, and provided complete FOB logistics coordination to ensure goods arrived aligned with the customer’s construction timetable.

Challenges & Solutions
The project brought three key challenges that required targeted solutions.First, the office space has continuous high pedestrian flow, which demanded flooring with strong scratch and wear resistance. Our SPC flooring adopts a high-performance wear layer, designed specifically for medium and heavy commercial usage, effectively resisting daily abrasion caused by office chairs and foot traffic.
Second, some office areas have limited ventilation, which creates occasional humid conditions. The dense rigid stone-plastic composite structure prevents water absorption and mould growth, eliminating hidden troubles brought by humid indoor environments.
Third, the project covered a wide total area, requiring stable continuous supply without delays. We allocated independent production and warehousing resources, implemented finished-product sampling inspection as seen in our warehouse stock, and scheduled phased loading to match the client’s phased construction plan.
